Shay’s journey as an entrepreneur began early in life and has been a constant throughout his life. From hustling on Ebay by flipping items during his college days, to opening a sports training facility at the age of 25, and now venturing into his second payments technology company, Shay’s drive for competition, success, and creation has always been evident.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Shay finds joy in spending time with his wife, Monica, and their four children in Franklin, TN.
Among his hobbies, he loves playing the guitar, competing in BBQ competitions, and occasionally indulging in the thrill of blackjack and sports betting at the casino. His favorite motto: “What you visualize, materializes.”

Brad Hollar, founding COO of Future Payments, has over 7 years of payment industry experience. His expertise in the sales process, management experience, and overall knowledge of the payment industry give him a great ability to provide organizational growth.
Brad is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He has a true passion for educating business owners about our industry.

Sheila’s corporate career spans over three decades, during which she has held numerous roles in various industries, including marketing, sales, and financial services. As an active player in the financial services sector. since 1993, she takes immense pleasure in helping companies streamline their payment processing needs, allowing them to dedicate their resources to other crucial aspects of their business.
Sheila is an ardent advocate of community service. She is also a music enthusiast and enjoys singing, playing the piano, and directing her church choir. In addition, Sheila is an avid football fan and enjoys watching games across all levels. Julie Peck is an experienced entrepreneur with a passion for the culinary arts and business management. For a decade, she owned a successful catering company, where she gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the hospitality industry. In 2016, Julie transitioned to a new career in the merchant service industry, where she cultivated and nurtured a network of dynamic business owners who shared her vision and passion.
Julie Peck is a graduate of the 2019 Leadership Cobb class. Additionally, Julie serves on the Cobb Youth Leadership committee, guiding youth through enriching programs designed to prepare them for college. Julie’s passion for cooking shines in her leisure time as she delights in creating meals for others and sharing her culinary expertise with her 2 daughters.
